About the parish

St. Monica's serves Mwavuli and the estates either side of the main road. It is a town parish: most of our people walk to Mass, and a good number arrive straight from a night shift.

We are eleven jumuiya, three associations and a youth group that runs itself rather better than the adults run theirs. The office is open on weekday mornings and someone is always at the church after the evening Mass.
